The Stupid Shit

Here's some really stupid shit for ya to ponder! I'm sure many peep's can understand!
How about workin for a company where, when you are hired... you are promised heaven but in reality as time goes on you find that it is more like HELL!!!
It seems as though the more you prove your worthiness, the more you are takin for granted.
You go the extra mile to find ways to make things run smoother, even it the task is not directly tied to your position. You train new employees to the standards that you have developed, which by the way are much better than the way things were done before you were hired. That is why the company has you train them!
Then one day you find that one of the people you have trained get's a promotion and is somehow above you in the food chain. Some who although you may have taught them, they still are not able to do half of the things you can.
It's just the fact that they like to bullshit, and kiss ass that gets them in a higher position. Sorry I don't want to get there that way!!!!!
